Organic Bakery
We are extremely proud of our bread. Our artisanal bakery is a real hidden gem tucked away at the back of Infinity Foods shop. All of our products are handmade by our small team of skilled bakers employing artisan methods of baking to produce wonderful bread of flavour and quality.
We use traditional methods of pre-fermentation (using natural leavens) to maximize flavour and eliminate or reduce the need for added yeast. Providing a longer proving time allows a fuller flavour to develop and makes the bread more digestible. No artificial additives, preservatives or flour improvers are used in any of our recipes.
Just good ingredients, combined with skill and patience.
With Soil Association certification and using only the finest organic ingredients, we bake a wide range of delicious fresh breads, sweet treats and savouries daily. Choose an award winning three seed loaf, a slice of pizza at lunch-time (with vegan and gluten-free options), a sun-dried tomato and black olive loaf, a sunflower and walnut loaf & the list goes on.

Our Tapioca and Rice Flour bread is made to our own unique recipe and is extremely popular with our customers who are avoiding gluten in their diet. We also make rye sourdough and breads from ancient forms of wheat, such as khorasan and spelt, which are often tolerated by people who react to modern hybridized forms of wheat.
The flour is sourced from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire, where traditional stone-grinding methods are used to produce flours of exceptional taste and nutrition.
The bakers can be seen stocking the shelves with delicious, piping hot wares every morning in the shop and welcome enquiries and feedback. You can also contact us by dialling the main shop number: 01273 603563 and selecting the bakery option before 1pm.
The bakery also supplies bread to wholesale customers.
