We are very fortunate to be able to source a variety of other dairy products from all over Sussex.
Plaw Hatch Farm, situated on the edge of Ashdown Forest, produces biodynamic cow's cheese and yogurt of exceptional flavour - and consequently most popular with our customers.
Bookham Cheese and Pasta are another Sussex based, family run business. They supply us with award winning, hand packed, South Downs Butter and a wonderful range of traditionally rolled pasta products made using their own cheese and butter. A commitment to and passion for sourcing locally run through both their ingredients and business ethos.
