Hankham Organics
Miles Denyer has been supplying us with superb quality salads from his nurseries at Hankham, near Pevensey in East Sussex, since 2002, around the same time that the business was founded and organic certification granted.
The nurseries were discovered derelict and Miles and his partner, Peter Dollimore, have been painstakingly restoring the glasshouses ever since, one of these being a staggering 1.5 acres in size and the largest in East Sussex.

This method of glasshouse production provides a year round supply of fresh vegetables to us here at Infinity and the shop has benefited greatly from the consistency in quality of the wide array of salads on offer.
Hankham Organics also work closely with another of our suppliers, Pannel Organic, sharing equipment and even combining deliveries to our store to further save on food miles and resources.
