Special Diets
Many people suffer from food intolerances and allergies to varying degrees of severity.
Not so long ago, the range of alternative food products available was very small making it very difficult to enjoy a nutritious and varied diet. Fortunately, as both consumers and producers have become better informed, there is now a good range of tasty alternatives on offer.
At Infinity we stock a wide variety of products that are suitable for a range of diets. We have a diverse selection of gluten-free flours, breads & some freshly baked onsite in our in-house bakery - and baking substitutes as well as pastas, cereals and mueslis, chilled and frozen products.
Wheat and yeast intolerance is well catered for via our freshly baked rye sourdough bread, and our gluten-free bread is suitable for those avoiding gluten. Our bakers make every effort to ensure no cross contamination when making their gluten-free bread but as it is made in an environment where wheat is present they can not guarantee that it is suitable for coeliacs.
Sheep and goat's milk and cheeses are to be found alongside those made from cow's milk and dairy alternatives can be found in our extensive range of soya, rice and oat based milks. Similarly, there are dairy free cheeses and spreads in the chilled section.
On the sweeter side of things we stock a range of cakes, biscuits, jams, syrups and confectionery that are free from refined sugar.
